Creation of the estate in 1991 by the Thibault family who undertook to clear the hillsides abandoned since the phylloxera crisis to plant pinot noir, gamay and sauvignon. Since 2012, the estate has been committed to the Terra Vitis labeled approach and is currently, since 2019, in conversion to Organic Agriculture.

Tasting and Food-pairing
Taste and nose Visual: white gold color, silvery reflections. Nose: nice intensity on the first nose, on candied citrus zest, dried apricots, almonds and acacia honey. With aeration, spicy notes develop on white pepper, aromatics, lime and a freshness on yuzu and bergamot. Palate: the attack is supple, the register of candied citrus fruits recalls the nose. Nice volume, with a tangy touch, and aromas of lime.
Food pairing Oysters, seafood and shellfish, fish bread, Chavignol dung, fish in white butter, asparagus ...
