Tasting and Food-pairing
Taste and nose Visual: red color with purple reflections, of great intensity. Complex nose with fruity (strawberry-raspberry) and herbal notes. In the mouth we find substance and chewiness. After aeration, notes of well-cooked strawberry / black fruit compote are balanced with vegetal notes bringing a certain freshness. This wine is distinguished by its robust structure and its notes of candied fruit, vintage effect 2020. Aging skills.

Vinification Mechanical harvest. Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 3/4 days. Alcoholic fermentation for 10 days then aging in stainless steel vats and enamelled steel vats. Malolactic fermentation then bottled in June.
