A pioneer in the conversion of Bordeaux wine estates to eco-responsible production, the operation has been ISO 140001 certified since 2011 and HVE 3 since 2015.

Tasting and Food-pairing
Taste and nose A cuvée aged without suffering from a deep adornment. Intense scents of warmly ripened red and black berries. After a tonic attack, a mouth combining in perfect harmony, gourmet flavors, richness and silky tannins is revealed. The very persistent finish is of rare expressiveness.
Food pairing Red meats or meats with character (game, duck breast, etc.) and cheese.

Soils/exposition chalk-gravel-sandy
Vinification Manual harvest and selective sorting. Fermentation for 25 days in stainless steel vats. Maturing 100% aged in new 500 L French oak barrels for 12 months. No added sulphites. Bottled under nitrogen blanketing and DIAM corks. Suitability for aging: wine ready to drink after 2 years of aging in the bottle. Maturity from 5 years. Up to 10 to 20 years
