Since 1991, the estate has developed vines on 20 ha of sloping and fallow land in the Sancerre appellation and 3 ha in Menetou-Salon. Planted on 35 plots, the vines are present on the 3 Sancerre terroirs (10% flint, 50% caillottes and 40% white earth) and exclusively on slopes facing south, south-east.

The estate has been certified organic since 2016 and the harvest is done entirely manually.

Tasting and Food-pairing
Taste and nose Complex nose with fruity (prune, mirabelle plum, citrus), floral (lime blossom and white flowers) notes. The mouth is round where we find this perfect balance between the fruity and the floral and supported by a beautiful minerality. Very good length in the mouth.
Food pairing Goes perfectly with fish, such as cod or salmon with lemon cream, and seafood. Also goes very well with white meats and goat cheeses.
